Govt.Polytechnic, Rayachoty was established in the year 2009 in the campus of Govt.Junior college. Later shifted to its own building in the year 2014 with its official address at Ring Road, Masapeta, Rayachoty, Y.S.R. District.The institution is situated in the north part of Rayachoty, Near Ring Road, Masapeta, Rayachoty. It extends over 10.03 acres. It is 4.4 km from Rayachoty Bus stand.
